The house, with is stylishly furnished, is situated 500 metres from the best beach of the town and 1 km from the many shops and the diverse/rich cultural life of the town – including the still active fishing harbour, the museum for the painter Johannes Larsen, Fjord & Belt Centret, and a great number of concerts, events and activities. The house is, moreover, equipped with a large garden with a sand box. The house is a non-smoking house, and dogs are allowed.

The flat is on two floors with the ground floor containing an attractive living room, a kitchen with washing machine, a corridor and a small room which can sleep two. The corridor offers access to a small enclosed 10m² yard.
The master bedroom, which contains a double bed, as well as the bathroom can be found on the first floor. In order to gain access to the bathroom, it is necessary to pass through the master bedroom. The flat has central heating and is suitable for use in the winter. It is possible to rent the flat for longer periods of time.
