Really beautiful, newly renovated modern sommerhouse, with view over one of the towns best beaches, near to both Kerteminde town and the beautiful countryside of Fyns hoved.
The house has two bedrooms: 1 with a doublebed 2. a bunkbed and a single bed. Beautiful modern kitchen with a dishwasher, american fridge,
ceramic cooker. Nice little bathroom. A living room with a wood burning stove and a tv with a satelittedish.
Also in the livingroom is a double sofa bed. From the livingroom there is an exit to a lovely terrace, facing south and including garden furniture. The house is heated by the woodburning stove and electric heaters.
The house is suitable for winteruse as it is suitable for anglers as there is a fish-cleaning area and a large garden/terrace for the drying of the fishing-gear. Animals are not allowed. The house is a non-smoking house.

Really lovely, well-kept holiday home for 6 pers. in the summer village 1 km north of Kerteminde.
The house is situated only 300 m from the sea and within a short distance from the many cultural offers of the town in the form of the museum for the famous painter Johannes Larsen, Fjord & Bælt Centret and the many exciting activities and events.
The house, which is modern and well furnished, is kept in light colours. It contains an open kitchen with a dinette, a cosy living room with exit to a covered terrace, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two bunks), and a lovely bathroom.
The house is furnished with many modern facilities, such as a washing machine, a dishwasher, a wood-burning stove, and a flat-screen TV.
The house is a non-smoking house, and dogs are not allowed.
There is a large closed-in garden belonging to the house and furthermore a wooden terrace.
The price for renting the house in the A-season is DKK 5,556 ,- + cleaning
The price for renting the house in the B-season is DKK 4,445 ,- + cleaning

The house has a bathroom with a shower and a washing-machine, a bright hall, and an open kitchen with every modern kitchen hardware provided. Connected to the kitchen you will find a living room with sofas, a flat screen television, a DVD player, and a pellet stove. Moreover the room has a bed settee that can be shielded by curtains.
There are two separate sleeping rooms; one with a double bed and another with a 120 centimetre wide bunk.
Connected to the living room and the kitchen is a conservatory with a dining area, an electronic dart game and a radio.
In the outbuilding there is an additional freezer and a Weber grill.
The house is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed.
